When your a freelancer you: Work for multiple businesses, you have agreements with companies, you work flexible hours, you have a flexible income, you have a flexible hourly rate, you are responsible for your own administration, no standard insurance for incapacity for work and damage to persons and/or property, No accrual of pension, holiday pay and sick leave.
When your employed you: work for one business, you have an employment contract, you work fixed hours, you get a fixed income, you have no administration, you have standard insurance for incapacity for work and damage to persons and/or property and you accrual pension, holiday pay and sick leave.
