How Does The Rating System Work

Once the removal gig is completed, both you and the business will be asked to leave a review for each other along with rating each other on a 1-5 star system. One star is the minimum and five stars is the maximum rating.

Your overall star rating will be attached to your profile. A high rating makes you a preferred choice to be matched with available gigs. The rating system acts as an incentive for freelancers to show up on time, well presented, communicate well and take excellent care of any goods they are handling. A high rating makes it more likely you will get more work with the same removal company or new ones.

Your business will also have a rating attached to their profile. Therefore they are incentivised to ensure they look after you whilst you are at the gig. All forms of constructive feedback are welcome as this is one of the elements that makes our system so powerful!
